Few cars embody British automotive history as unmistakably as the classic Mini. This 2001 example represents a particularly special opportunity: as a 40th Anniversary Edition, it is one of the final special editions of the classic Mini, combining its iconic appearance with the last stage of development of this legendary model.

The Mini was first registered on 13 September 2001 and subsequently became part of a collection. There, the car was preserved for more than two decades and was hardly used on public roads. As a result, it covered only around 25 kilometres during all those years – an exceptional circumstance that allowed the Mini to retain its remarkably original condition.

In 2023, we sold the Mini to one of our long-standing customers, himself a passionate car collector. Since then, the vehicle has been carefully used and has covered approximately 1,800 kilometres. Today, the Mini therefore not only remains in exceptional condition but has also been carefully driven again following its many years as part of a collection.

Particularly attractive is the combination of the classic dark green paintwork and the characteristic appearance of the 40th Anniversary Edition. The car remains in exceptionally original condition and is equipped, among other features, with an electric sunroof.

As an MPI model, this Mini also represents the most modern stage of development of the classic Mini. Multi-point fuel injection made these final models more refined and efficient for everyday use without sacrificing the unmistakable character that made the Mini an automotive icon for generations.
