A German vehicle from first ownership!
This unrestored and original Manta of the model group B was first registered by its owner (born January 1914), in November 1979 in Cologne. After his death the car was passed on to his son with a mileage of approx. 46.000 km. The son, who is now close to retirement age, had driven the vehicle only 20,000 km in the past 18 years and could only now part with it. The mileage can be proven by the original TÜV reports. The expert opinion for the classic car registration was made in 2009. The driving experience as well as the admiration of other road users are amazingly addictive and you can hardly believe it but even in the hectic everyday traffic, some road users stop and give way to you to be able to see the Manta from behind.
If you do a little research, you will quickly learn that the majority of all Mantas produced either fell victim to rust or to the disco youth of the 1980s and 90s. We as dealers are therefore happy to have come into the possession of such a great Manta at all and are especially looking forward to your on-site inspection. Besides the impressive technical condition, there are indeed only slight traces of use. The everyday suitability, the good spare parts supply and the low maintenance costs additionally support the value security of this model. The original KFZ-Brief from 1979 is still present and completes the great history. Well preserved, unbuilt vehicles are in demand and this one is definitely one of them. Should you actually need the help of a workshop with this Manta, you don't have to fear a financial catastrophe. The maintenance costs for an Opel Manta B are very bearable.
